Shipping policy

Due to the high demand from our Going Out of Business sale, shipping times may be delayed. Orders are being fulfilled and shipped within 3-5 business days (excludes holidays and weekends).

Some items may NOT be in their original packaging. Repackaged items are new, with tags and unworn. Repackaging may occur due to aesthetic reasons such as  minor holes (primarily earring backings), or tears in the original packaging. Any packaging replaced is done so with a heavier graded product.  

All items are shipped via USPS. All shipments are scanned at the counter by 4 p.m EST Monday-Friday. All shipping fees are non-refundable and are the sole responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise indicated during check-out.

Priority packages are automatically insured for up to $100.00 US dollars (depending on the value of the contents).

We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. If your package is lost or stolen, please visit USPS.com and complete the appropriate claim form. All the information needed can be found on your shipping label. Proof of purchase, which you should have received via email, will also be needed when filling a claim. If you need a copy of your receipt, please email us at 1stLadyofBling.paparazzi@gmail.com for a duplicate copy. Please allow 24 hours to process your request and receive an emailed copy.

All purchases of $100 or more will require a signature upon arrival and confirmation is calculated in the cost of shipping. 

Due to a recent increase in shipping rates via USPS, we regrettably have to temporarily increase our rates as well. Don’t worry, once we receive notification of prior rates resuming, likewise we will reduce the cost to our customers as well.
